How do we collect your data?

WordPress: This site uses WordPress as its Content Management System (CMS). WordPress’ analytical data collection is outlined in WordPress’ Privacy Policy.
WooCommerce / eCommerce: If you buy any shirts or other physical products on this site, we use WooCommerce to collect payment. Your credit card information is NOT stored in anyway according to WooCommerce’s PCI-DSS Compliance. We only collect the information necessary to send your product. We only keep orders archived for 1-2 years, and/or long enough for any future issues or questions with your order. See: WooCommerce Privacy Policy.
Other: You are able to request a record of all data collected and processed at any time by submitting a request on our data request form. Select “Request Your Data” on the form, and we will process your request within 15-30 days.
What is our lawful grounds for obtaining and processing your data?
It is necessary for us to collect your personal information in order to respond to your requests and provide products/services that you desire. We use your data to: answer your questions, inform you about our products/services, subscribe you to any newsletter/mailing lists that you desire and express consent to receive, and deliver a product or service to you, your business, or your email.

How do you request to stop receiving emails from us?
To stop receiving emails from a mailing list or newsletter, please click the “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of the email message.
To stop receiving emails from our staff or representative, please reply to the email thread communicating your desire to stop receiving emails. We will only respond if we need more information to facilitate that request.

How do we keep your information secure?
Our server is monitored 24/7 by WP Engine to ensure there are no vulnerabilities, breaches, or unnecessary plugins. They use the best technology available. Additionally, we use HTTPS/SSL on this website in order to encrypt information you send.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep data only as long is necessary. The length of time we keep each type of data varies according to how necessary and imperative that piece of data is for the running of our business. We strive to keep your data no longer than 2 years when it is no longer necessary.

How are children protected on this website?
